Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, one witness Raju Prasad stated that the petitioner was friend of Munna Tiwari and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, aforesaid co-accused Munna Tiwari has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Abhishekh Kunal, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gopalganj/ concerned court in Hathua P.S. Case no. 37/2014.
