Due to inadvertence in the main petition instead of 'Smt. Kiran Ojha, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chapra, Saran.' it was wrongly typed as 'Additional Sessions Judge-XIII, Saran at Chapra'. Same error has occurred in aforesaid order dated 30.08.2022. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for necessary correction in the order. In view of aforesaid fact, in order dated 30.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18435 of 2022 in place of 'Additional Sessions Judge-XIII, Saran at Chapra' it may be read as 'Smt. Kiran Ojha, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chapra, Saran' and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58223 of 2022(2) dt.14-12-2022 2/2 further six weeks' time is granted for furnishing bail-bond. Accordingly, order dated 30.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18435 of 2022 is modified to the above extent only. Modification petition is allowed.
