2. The petitioner in the present case has renewed his prayer for regular bail in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 52 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. He has one criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 24.04.2019.

3. Earlier, his prayer for bail was rejected vide order dated 23.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40381 of 2020.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to demonstrate any fresh ground to consider his prayer for bail.

5. This Court has earlier noticed the material in form of submission of the prosecution that the mother and two sons of the petitioner are supporting the prosecution case against the petitioner. Now, only three official witnesses are remained to be

6. The learned trial court is expected to conclude the trial within six months.

7. In this view of the matter, this Court while rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner, expects that the learned trial court shall continue with the trial on day-to-day basis and conclude the same within a period of six months.
