JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 22-09-2016 A counter affidavit is filed on behalf of the respondent-Bihar State Road Transport Corporation stating that having learnt about the facts as mentioned in the writ application in which it is stated that the Divisional Manager, Bhagalpur had wrongly passed the order dated 24.8.2016 and settled the Bus Stand without taking prior permission of the Administrator, Bihar State Road Transport Corporation, the Chief of Administration of BSRTC has cancelled the said order by his order dated 15.9.2016. In view of the aforesaid action of the respondents,

Patna High Court CWJC No.15223 of 2016 dt.22-09-2016 2/2 this writ application has become infructuous. It is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

It shall however, be open to the respondents to proceed afresh for settlement of the said bus stand in accordance with law.
