The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kurhani (Turki) P.S. Case No. 44 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of J.M., 1st Class, Muzaffarpur.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. Neither he kidnapped the victim girl nor involved in the said occurrence. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner with submission that the victim girl has specifically stated the name of the petitioner in her statement under section 164 Cr. P.C. showing his involvement in kidnapping of the victim girl.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11558 of 2017 (4) dt.29-06-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected.
