Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner nos. 2, 4 and 5 are women and the informant alleges that on 15-5-

No.58225 of 2025(3) dt.15-11-2025 2/3 2025 at around 8.30 a.m. on account of land dispute, the accused persons came and abused and assaulted the informant with lathi, danda and iron rod, further Laxmi Devi assaulted the informant by bamboo stick causing injury on head, further the other accused persons also threatened that informant would be killed.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that on account of dispute relating to land, an altercation had taken place in which both sides assaulted each other. It is further submitted that even injury suffered by the injured has been opined to be simple in nature and petitioners are not criminal.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where
