The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/25(1-A)/25(AA)/26(1)(2) of the Arms Act. From the house of the petitioner huge quantity of arms were recovered suggesting that petitioner was running mini gun factory.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery was made from the abandoned house of the petitioner and petitioner has no criminal antecedent, statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 27.08.2014.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32351 of 2015 (02) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 06.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 554 of 2015 with observation at present.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Munger in connection with Sessions Case No. 115 of 2015 arising out of Munger Muffasil P.S. Case No. 99 of 2014.

The learned trial court will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner in two eventualities i.e. if he defaults for two consecutive occasions or substantially gets involved in some serious nature of offence.
