In view of the nature of the issues raised in the present writ application, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file representation before the Registrar, Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga, respondent no. 3, who shall examine the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation, along with a copy of this order. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed off.

It goes without saying that respondent no. 3 shall ensure payment of the admitted dues while disposing of the representation.
