The petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2016 in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 88 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 47/52/53 of the Excise Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery was not made from the conscious possession of the present petitioner.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two
