13-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. None appeared on behalf of the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Araria P.S. Case No. 51/2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307 & 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria.

There are serious allegations against the petitioner in the First Information Report, I am not inclined to grant Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner. Prayer for Anticipatory Bail is hereby rejected.

However, the petitioner, if so advised, may surrender before the court below and seek regular bail
