Petitioners are in custody in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 514 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel submits that in the instant case total 20 liters of desi liquor was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner is in custody since 28.6.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal
