The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Turkauliya P.S. Case No.149 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 307 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged that one Jhabbu Lal Bhagat alias Dwarika Bhagat has received fire arms injury during marriage ceremony. An FIR was lodged against unknown. During investigation the name of the petitioner has surfaced. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
