2. The order of this Court has been complied on 26.11.2022. Nodoubt there is delay in compliance of the order. However, learned counsel for the respondents, on instruction, submitted that petitioner was supposed to co-operate in deciding the grievance of the petitioner. He had gone abroad which has resulted in delay in compliance of the order to the extent of giving an opportunity to the petitioner.
3. Taking note of these facts and circumstances, the present M.J.C./contempt petition stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to assail the later development, if he is still aggrieved.
