The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case on the basis of F.I.R. it is reflected that there is allegation of assault against ten persons. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners have clean antecedent. He further submits that both the parties are Gotias and there is admitted land dispute between the parties and the present case is counter blast of Karakat P.S. Case No. 88 of 2021 which was lodged by Sonajhari Devi wife of petitioner

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 80 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
