In the circumstances, we are proceeding to dispose of the present Letters Patent Appeal filed against the order dated 01.08.2012 passed in MJC No. 841 of 2012 whereunder learned Single Judge of this Court refused to restore CWJC N. 10634 of 2010 disposed of under order dated 15.12.2011 directing the Circle Officer, Bikramganj, Rohtas to take steps in accordance with his own order dated 07.08.2007 passed in Encroachment Case No. 1 of 2007-08 in

Patna High Court LPA No.1488 of 2012 dt.14-07-2015 2/2 accordance with law.

The writ petition having been disposed of on merit, there was no occasion for the writ Court to again restore the said writ petition. The said writ petition and the restoration application were rightly rejected. There is no merit in this appeal as well, which is also dismissed.
