The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nawadah Town P.S. Case No.819 of 2021 registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and other allied sections of the I.P.C. and sections 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substances Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Only allegation of assault is attributed to the petitioner but no injury has been found on the person of the informant as alleged in the F.I.R.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58345 of 2022(5) dt.20-04-2023 2/2 parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nawadah in connection with Nawadah Town P.S. Case No.819 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
