The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the daughter of the informant was killed by all the accused persons including the petitioners after nine years of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the further dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are the co-villagers of the husband of the victim and the thrust of the accusation is against the husband of the victim and other in-law family members. It is further

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55105 of 2019(2) dt.02-09-2019 2/2 submitted that similar co-accused has been granted the privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 35205 of 2019 dated 29.05.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-14, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur Police Station Case No. 49 of 2019.
