The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467 and 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the informant executed a registered sale deed with regard to a land in favour of Sita Devi petitioner no. 1 but subsequently the informant came to know that the Deed Writer Abhay Kumar Singh petitioner no. 2 and five sons of petitioner no. 1 changed the boundary of land in question in the sale deed.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35597 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 2/2 petitioners that the sale deed was executed on 03.02.2015 and after execution of the sale deed the informant put his signature, hence, he cannot say that any interpolation was made. Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 120 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
