2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(1), 109(1), 352, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted with iron pipe on the arms of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the eve of Holi, simple Maarpeet took place between the parties, in which both sides sustained injury. Case and counter case. There is no injury report on record to substantiate the allegation made in the F.I.R. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda in connection with Bihar Sharif P.S. Case No. 188 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
