Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 308, 324, 325 and some other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, these petitioners are alleged to have assaulted Karelal Sah with Khanti as a result of which he sustained head injury and his hand was also fractured. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the case. It is further submitted that present case is counter blast of Sangrampur PS case No. 03/ 2021 and injuries are not on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64273 of 2022(4) dt.07-07-2023 2/2 vital part of his body. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that injuries cased by the petitioners have been found to be grievous in nature. Considering the nature of injuries and gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) BKS/- U T
