The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 22.07.2016 on an allegation of purchasing stolen articles, has prayed for grant of bail in Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.132 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

By way of referring to the statement made in paragraph-3 of the petition, it was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is having clean antecedent and unknowingly he had purchased the articles, which was subsequently noticed as stolen articles

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40965 of 2016 (2) dt.06-10-2016 2/2 Keeping in view the nature of accusation and clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, namely, Mohmad Aziz @ Md. Aziz be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial MagistrateIX, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.132 of 2016.
