The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 338, 224, 225, 332, 333, 353, 307, 109, 379, 511, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that all the accused persons including the petitioners forcibly released co-accused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68367 of 2021(3) dt.05-07-2022 2/3 Manoj Sah from the custody of the police official. They also made assault to the police party and tried to snatch riffle of the police force.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. It is further submitted that the petitioners have been made accused in this case only because they are father, brother, sister-in-law and mother of co-accused Manoj Sah. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have also been made accused in one other case for the same occurrence.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah,
