No one appears for the State.

The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 227/2016 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 379, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

There are specific allegations of assault against the petitioners in the First Information Report. The learned Sessions Judge while rejecting the Anticipatory Bail Application of the petitioners have noticed the specific injuries.
