Mr. Sri Ajay Kumar-1 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-08-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S.Case No. 247 of 2018 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a,26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The police apprehended two persons, Vipul Sharma and Vikash Kumar, who disclosed that after committing crime, they used to give arms for keeping it safely to one Subham Kumar and the police raided his house and found one country made pistol with cartridges kept under the staircase. Submission is that accusation is that Subham Kumar used to conceal the arms in the house and the petitioner is his father having no knowledge of his act and arms was kept below the staircase which is from the outside of the house and petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45035 of 2018(3) dt.07-08-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ranjay Sharma, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-II, Danapur, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 247 of 2018.
