Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Baruraj P.S.Case No. 149 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414, 120B, 121A, 122, 123 of the Indian Penal Code, 25 (1 b)a, 26(ii), 35 of the Arms Act as well as 10, 13, 16(B), 18, 19 and 20 of U.A.P. Act. Allegation as per FIR is that police on information that criminals were making plan for road dacoity in school premises raided the place and three accused persons were arrested and others fled away.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that his name transpires in the confessional statement of accused and petitioner has been made accused in other cases also at the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43656 of 2018 (3) dt.30-08-2018 2/2 instance of Chaukidar and for that wife of the petitioner has written to the Superintendent of Police as to why petitioner has been implicated in several cases.

Heard learned APP also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail stating that petitioner has criminal antecedents also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Hence, this application is dismissed.
