In compliance to the order of this Court dated 06.03.2019, passed in CWJC No.5200 of 2016, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that as far as the petitioner is concerned, he has already been paid a sum of Rs.15,17,641/- for the period commencing from 23.10.2003 to 30.09.2019 and as far as pay fixation for grant of MACPs is concerned, the Service Book had been sent to the District Accounts Officer, Munger and in case the monetary benefits

Patna High Court MJC No.1988 of 2022(2) dt.30-08-2024 2/2 have not yet been paid, the same shall be paid, within a period of four weeks from today. It is directed accordingly.
