JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,323,452,364,504 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the son of the informant was taken to Tamilnadu for the purpose of employment but the son of the informant never returned. It was conveyed by the accused persons that the son of the informant got down from the train with Lakhan Choudhary before reaching to Tamilnadu. On 15.8.2012 at about 6 P.M. all the accused persons including the petitioners came, abused the informant and made assault.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36626 of 2015 (2) dt.10-09-2015 2/2 that for the occurrence of 6.7.2012 the complaint was filed on 17.8.2012 which came to be registered as police case on 5.9.2012. More over, the thrust of accusation is against Lakhan Choudhary who has been granted regular bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 32678 of 2013.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Roh P.S. Case No.86 of 2012 pending in the court of learned J.M. Ist Class, Nawada. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
