The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 01.07.2016 in Raushanganj( Banke Bazar) P.S. Case No.83/2016 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Bihar Excise ( Amendment) Act, 2016, has prayed for grant of bail.
It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on false accusation of recovery of about 10 Liters of Mahua country liquor and on allegation of preparing country liquor, the petitioner has been detained. By way of referring to the statement made in paragraph-3 of the petition, it was submitted
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42969 of 2016 (2) dt.17-10-2016 2/2 that the petitioner is having clean antecedent. Keeping in view the nature of accusation, clean antecedent of the petitioner as well as period of custody, let the petitioner, namely, Vinod Chaudhary be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Raushanganj( Banke Bazar) P.S. Case No.83/2016.
