====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 376, 511, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The main reason for the FIR is that the petitioners wanted to forcefully grab the land of the informant and for that reason they committed house trespass and assault against the family members and attempted to outrage the modesty of the daughter of the informant. The Doctor has not found any injury said to be caused by a sword, rather caused by hard and blunt substance.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54499 of 2019(2) dt.02-09-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Birpur Police Station Case No. 71 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
