The petitioner has already been granted bail vide order dated 26.08.2015, but father's name and address of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as 'Son of Late Suraj Sharma, Resident of Village -Dighiya, P.S.-Nirmali, District-Supaul' in place of 'Son of Md. Jassu, Resident of Village - Chakbhikhi, Police Station - Maniyari, District - Muzaffarpur'.

Let the same be corrected and the order be communicated through Fax at the cost of the petitioner to the court of the learned 9th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in Gaighat P.S. Case No. 109 of 2013.
