The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 617 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, petitioner no. 1 instigated his sons (petitioner nos. 2 and 3), whereupon petitioner no. 1 assaulted the informant with iron rod and petitioner no. 2 also assaulted him with iron rod. Petitioner no. 1 snatched away Rs. 2,000/- from his pocket.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57010 of 2022(2) dt.09-02-2023 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The nature of injury was reserved for report of X-ray. Subsequent injury report came, which shows that the X-ray was not done. The petitioners are the persons of clean antecedents. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No.

617 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petitioners shall appear physically on each and every date after commencement of trial. If they fail to appear on two consecutive dates except unavoidable circumstances, their bail bond shall be cancelled.
