JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-02-2015 Petitioners are languishing in custody since 19.03.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-A)/25(1-B)/25(1-C)/26(I)(II)/35 of the Arms Act.

Several arms and ammunitions were recovered from a hutment. The petitioners were apprehended while fleeing away from the said hutment when from each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34700 of 2014 (4) dt.02-02-2015 2/2 petitioner one country made pistol was recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are accused in one other case of similar nature.

Considering the period under custody, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge, III, Munger in connection with Sessions Case No. 628 of 2014, arising out of Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 38 of 2014.

Since the petitioner Md. Meraz has criminal antecedents, let learned Court below cancel his bail bonds, if he gets substantially involved in similar nature of offence or defaults for three consecutive occasions during trial. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Shageer/- U T
