The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Muffasil Singhauli O.P (Out Post) P.S. Case No. 139 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner admittedly is a villager and also an employee of the informant who deals in business of medicine. This petitioner allegedly used a blank signed cheque of the informant and after filling the amount, presented the same in Bank and encahsed Rs. 24,000/-.

The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that prior to three or four months of institution of this case, the petitioner left working at the place of informant as he refused to enhance his salary and started working at different place. The

There is also delay of four months in lodging the case Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of anticipatory bail is allowed and the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from today is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Muffasil Singhauli O.P (Out Post) P.S. Case No. 139 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2), the code of Criminal Procedure.
