2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 144 of 2023 registered for the offences under sections 406, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 17.03.2023 by the informant, Amit Kumar.

3. As per the prosecution story, the petitioner cheated the informant and took Rs. 4,58,000/- promising job in Railways. The aforesaid amount was transferred through Google Pay and allegation is that Rs. 7,40,000/- was also paid in cash, the post that the petitioner has offered was that of Ticket Checker in the Railways.

4. Considering the kind of allegation that has come against the petitioner clearly shows that from the very beginning, he had the intention to cheat the informant as he is

5. The bail petition lacks merit and is accordingly rejected.
