The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 365, 366A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.PC. has stated a different story which is contradictory to the allegation leveled in the F.I.R. As a matter of fact, there was love affairs between the petitioner and the daughter of the informant. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Asthawan P.S. Case No. 109 of 2019.
