The name of the petitioner came in confessional statement of Raju Kumar @ Sishir Kumar, who disclosed that one, Manlaggu Singh opened fire and prior to that, he had taken instruction from the petitioner on telephone. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but taking into consideration that co-accused Lalit Vijay @ Manlagoo Singh @ Lalit Singh has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Maranchi P.S.
