2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the IPC.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with co-accused Ashraf Ali called the husband of the deceased and thereafter killed him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. During course of investigation, nothing has come against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the informant opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61592 of 2025(3) dt.17-11-2025 2/2 prayer for bail. There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he along with other co-accused person took away the son of informant and thereafter he was found dead. Hence, he does not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail.
