JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional P.P. for the State.

The petitioners pray for anticipatory bail in a complaint case under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case only on the ground that they are the Samdhi and Samdhan of Late Rajendra Singh with whose son the complainant wanted to marry his daughter but ultimately when the said marriage could not be finalized, with the allegation of demand of Rs.4,50,000/- and a motorcycle and ultimately refusal to marry the son of Rajendra Singh with the daughter of the complainant and also refusal to refund the money, the present complaint was filed.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35512 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the petitioners, namely, (1) Shatrughan Rai @ Chhaturdhan Rai and (2) Bashanti Devi, in the event of their arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in Complaint Case No. 2925/2011, Trial No. 1873/2014 to the satisfaction of Sri S. Ranjan, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj, subject to the other applicable conditions as enumerated in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Ramesh Kumar Datta, J) spal/- U
