2. The present application has been filed for grant of extension of time for surrender and furnishing bail bonds by modification of order dated 03.09.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23600 of 2014 in terms of which the petitioner had been granted anticipatory bail.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner could not surrender and furnish bail bond within the time of six weeks granted under order dated 03.09.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 23600 of 2014 passed by this Court as she was accused in Magadh University P.S. Case No. 153 of 2012 and was granted bail in the latter case only on 06.07.2015.

4. It transpires from perusal of para 3 of the petitioner's bail petition that the fact of being accused in Magadh University

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33589 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 P.S. Case No. 153 of 2012 has been suppressed and it is stated that there is no criminal antecedents against the petitioner.

5. In that background, this Court is not satisfied to grant the relief to the petitioner.

6. The petition stands dismissed.
