12-04-2017 The present writ petition has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" on the basis of mentioning slip filed on behalf of the petitioner. By way of filing mentioning slip, a prayer was made for disposal of the writ petition with an observation to take decision on the representation of the petitioner i.e. Annexure - 6 to the writ petition. It has categorically been submitted that petitioner does not want any direction on the merit of the case, but an observation for disposal of his representation. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with an observation that the representation of the petitioner, contained in Annexure - 6 to the writ petition, may be disposed of in accordance with law, preferably; within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. It is clarified that this Court has not recorded any opinion on the merit of the case.
