JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statements of co-accused, Chandra Mohan and Sachet Yadav and looted flour was recovered from the house of co-accused, Bachhu Mahto. So far as petitioner is concerned, nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession nor has he been put on Test Identification Parade.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri
