Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that while his daughter was going to school, Suraj Kumar @ Bullet Kumar kidnapped her for the purpose of marriage. The informant named the petitioner and alleged that petitioner has married the victim. The victim appeared in the court and made hear statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. in which she disclosed her age to be 20 years and also disclosed that she left her house out of her own free will to solemnize marriage.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34876 of 2014 (2) dt.12-03-2015 2/2 Considered the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest of surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari , East Champaran in Sugauli P.S. Case no. 283 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
