1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ application has been filed challenging the appointment of respondent no. 5 as the Pro Vice-Chancellor of the Munger University. He next submits that now the respondent no. 5 is no more Pro Vice -Chancellor of the Munger University inasmuch as he has been appointed as the Vice Chancellor of Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University in August, 2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that appointment of respondent no. 5 as Vice Chancellor of Tilka

Patna High Court CWJC No.20137 of 2021(5) dt.06-10-2023 2/2 Manjhi Bhagalpur University has been challenged by the petitioner in a separate writ application.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the present application is dismissed as infructuous.
