2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the description of respondent no. 5. Let the same be done during the course of the day.
3. The petitioner has moved the Court seeking the following reliefs:
"(i) For issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders or direction/direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the proposal no. 11 passed by the District Monitoring Committee in its meeting dated 10.08.2015, whereby and where under the operation of Talimi Markaj cnetre of ward no. 9 running at Adarsh Middle School in
Patna High Court CWJC No.15357 of 2016 (2) dt.17-11-2017 2/2 Sheohar block of Sheohar district has been stayed arbitrarily in violation of guidelines, (ii) In consequent thereof, for further direction to respondent authorities to accept the joining of the petitioner on the concerned talimi markaj centre in ward no. 9, Sheohar block of Sheohar district, in pursuance to his appointment made by the selection committee in the year 2014 itself, (iii) For any other order/orders which the petitioners may found to be entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."
4. However, after some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to file a representation before the authorities concerned with regard to accepting his joining.
5. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose.
6. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
7. If such a representation is filed before the respondent no. 5 within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits by passing a reasoned order within three weeks from the date of such filing. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J) Anjani/- U
