Mr.Ram Priya Sharan Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 30-08-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Singhia P.S. Case No. 57/2019, instituted for offence under Section(s) 302, 307, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act.

It is alleged that on the date of occurrence while father of informant was returning from the field and reached near the shop of Ramchandra Sah, petitioner along with F.I.R. named accused persons assaulted him with butt of pistol. Informant and his brother went to save their father then co-accused Vinay Kumar Singh made firing upon his father. Father of informant was taken to hospital where doctor declared him dead.

Petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Vth, Rosera, Samastipur, in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No. 57/2019, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
