JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the District Collector, Begusarai in terms of Section 21 of The Bihar Privileged Persons Homestead Tenancy Act, 1947 (in short "Act, 1947") for grant of appropriate relief(s) to the petitioner with respect to lands in question, for which homestead parchs have been issued in favour of the private respondent nos. 5 to 8. Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

It goes without saying that if an appropriate petition is
