This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code and 33 of the Forest Act.

According to first information report, the petitioner is suspected to cut away trees from the Government land. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that only material against the petitioner is suspicion. There is no eye witness nor anything has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 128 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sararam, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
