JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Salaiya P.S. Case No. 31 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 409, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Vide order dated 18.08.2018, a report from the BDO was called for. From the report annexed at Flag-R, it appears that the entire amount was deposited in the account of the Nishchay Yojna.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Aurangabad in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46191 of 2018(4) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 connection with Salaiya P.S. Case No. 31 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
