Counsel for the private-respondent informed the Court that this matter cannot be proceeded any further, since it becomes academic, now, in view of the development that the proceeding in terms of the notice, issued by the court of DCLR in Case No. 38 of

Patna High Court LPA No.1203 of 2014 dt.15-02-2018 2/2 2014, dated 23.05.2013, has now been dropped, when the entirety of the facts came to the knowledge of the DCLR. In view of the same, the order passed by the Learned Single Judge, dated 21.07.2014, asking the appellant to go and showcause before the DCLR, has no meaning now. Appeal stands disposed off, accordingly.

It is made clear that no steps in Case No. 38 of 2014 is now required to be taken.
