Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is that he entered into the house of the informant and tried to made attempt to ravish her.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 30.05.2015 the First Information Report was registered on 03.06.2015. Moreover there is nothing on record to suggest that informant was put to medical examination.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.33736 of 2015 (2) dt.13-08-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Laxmipur (Gidhaur) P.S. Case No. 105 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui. Accordingly the application is disposed off.
